Refund & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services on Lartatelier.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refund and exchange services under the following conditions:

  1. All returns and refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase by contacting us at support@lartatelier.com or through our Contact Us page. (Returns for non-objective reasons affecting secondary sales will not be accepted.)
  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you a follow-up email if it is approved.
  3. Only purchases made on Lartatelier.com are eligible for refunds.
  4. If you purchased from other websites, please contact them directly for refund inquiries.Special deal products cannot be returned.
  5. Returns must be in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the receipt.
  6. We are not responsible for shipping costs of returns.

Process Time of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you within 36 hours once your package is received.

But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any question about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.

Change or Cancel Order

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that has been sent out cannot be modified or cancelled.
