Return and After-Sales Service Policy
I. Inspection Procedure
1. Recipients must inspect parcel integrity upon delivery. For damaged, waterlogged or severely deformed packages, request in-person unpacking inspection with photographic evidence.
2. If packaging remains intact, complete product inspection within 24 hours post-delivery.
II. Return Timeframe
Calculated from delivery date (per logistics records):
1. Within 7 days: Unopened & resalable products eligible for returns
2. Beyond 7 days: All returns/exchanges prohibited
III. Return Conditions
